Yes; If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a super-bill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your specific out-of-network coverage

Because building trust takes time, I usually suggest two to three sessions to fully explore whether the therapeutic relationship feels like the right fit
