  • Yes, I accept insurance. I am in-network with the following providers:

    • Aetna

    • Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts

    • Harvard Pilgrim Health Care

    • UnitedHealthcare

    Clients are responsible for any fees not covered by their insurance, such as deductibles, copayments, or non-covered services

  • At this time, I do not accept MassHealth

  • Individual therapy sessions:

    • 60-minute initial assessment: $180

    • 60-minute individual session: $150

    • 45-minute individual session: $130

  • I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee slots for clients who may need financial flexibility. Availability for these spots can vary, and we can discuss this option during your consultation

  • Yes; If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a super-bill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your specific out-of-network coverage

  • I offer secure video and audio tele-health sessions

  • Our first session is a chance for you to share your story and for us to begin getting a sense of what working together might feel like. I want you to leave feeling informed and empowered. Because building trust takes time, I usually suggest two to three sessions to fully explore whether the therapeutic relationship feels like the right fit

  • I usually start with weekly sessions to help build trust and consistency. Over time, we may shift to biweekly or monthly meetings, depending on your progress and needs. We’ll decide together what cadence feels most supportive

  • Our first session will last up to 60 minutes. Ongoing sessions typically range from 45–60 minutes, depending on your needs, goals, and the type of support or skill-building we’re focusing on. We’ll collaborate to determine the session length and pace that feels most helpful for you.

  • Because I am licensed in Massachusetts, I’m only able to provide telehealth sessions when you are physically located within Massachusetts at the time of our appointment. Licensing laws are based on the client’s location during the session, not your permanent residence.

    If you plan to travel, you’re welcome to resume sessions once you’re back in the state. For extended travel, we can also plan ahead together to discuss scheduling options or referrals if needed.

  • Yes, I provide clinically appropriate assessments and supporting documentation for clients seeking gender-affirming care, academic or workplace accommodations related to mental health, and other mental health–related verifications
